FAMILY SOLICITORS in Okehampton

At Rosie Bracher Solicitors LLP, we are dedicated to helping you through difficult times both practically and emotionally. Whether you are going through a divorce or worried about keeping your children safe, taking the first step isn't easy and you are most likely juggling a number of questions and concerns about how to cope emotionally and financially. But there is help available to you in our new Okehampton office.
Rosie Bracher Solicitors have provided specialist family law services across Devon since 2005, so expanding from our head office in Barnstaple to neighbouring North Dartmoor, feels like a logical next step on our journey.

The new Okehampton office is managed by solicitor, and South Zeal resident Jade Payne nee Baskerville. Born in Lamerton, Tavistock, Jade is a specialist divorce and matrimonial finance solicitor, and is excited to be supporting the community she lives in. Jade runs various matrimonial cases but she has particular interest in complex cases related to farming, businesses and pensions.

What we do
Our specialist family law focus assures we are experts in a number of matters, including child law and social services; adoption; grandparents' rights; pre-nuptials and post-nuptials; civil partnerships; divorce and finance; cohabitation agreements; mediation; domestic abuse and much more.
New Okehampton clients are also able to access the full expertise of our head office in Barnstaple.
