You encouraged me to stop thinking I was just a victim and helped me to see I could help myself. The day I picked your number out of the yellow pages was possibly one of the turning moments in my life.
It was very easy to make contact as you called us back immediately. We thought everyone was very polite and friendly.
I found everybody helpful and non-judgmental and was made to feel good about myself. I can't thank you and your staff enough for all the help and belief you had in me.
You helped me so much through a difficult time and did not sugar coat it.

She handles sensitive issues with extreme care, yet can also show a firm side especially when dealing with challenging situations. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and I have always found Jade very approachable. I would highly recommend Jade to anyone and can not thank her enough for all she has done for me and my children.
I would like to say that Jade has been incredibly kind and understanding, she has talked me through things that I haven't understood and been exceptionally supportive throughout. She has kept me in the picture at all times and always been available to answer my questions or to ask advice
