You encouraged me to stop thinking I was just a victim and helped me to see I could help myself. The day I picked your number out of the yellow pages was possibly one of the turning moments in my life.
It was very easy to make contact as you called us back immediately. We thought everyone was very polite and friendly.
I found everybody helpful and non-judgmental and was made to feel good about myself. I can't thank you and your staff enough for all the help and belief you had in me.
You helped me so much through a difficult time and did not sugar coat it.

Very friendly, easy to talk to and understand.

Since our first meeting, Jade has been very professional and has demonstrated great care in handling my case. It is a very complicated case, yet her perseverance and good communication skills has helped me feel like I am in 'good hands'. Jade has the ability to explain the court process in simple terms so that I can understand the process. She handles sensitive issues with extreme care, yet can also show a firm side especially when dealing with challenging situations. I cannot commend her enough for all the assistance she has provided to me.
Jade Baskerville has supported me for approximately 3 and a half years. She has been absolutely amazing throughout, going above and beyond to support me through each stage of the court proceedings. She helped me with all the knowledge and information I needed as well as making sure I had the best support during any court hearing I had to attend. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and I have always found Jade very approachable. I would highly recommend Jade to anyone and can not thank her enough for all she has done for me and my children.
I would like to say that Jade has been incredibly kind and understanding, she has talked me through things that I haven't understood and been exceptionally supportive throughout. She has kept me in the picture at all times and always been available to answer my questions or to ask advice
