Probate and Wills Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, self-motivated and client-focused fee earner. We are a growing firm looking to recruit a wills and probate solicitor to build our department!
You must be a motivated, competent person with the ability to work successfully independently and be up for the challenge to expand the department.
The successful candidate will have:
At least 1 years fully qualified experience
A desire to build our existing department
A desire to gain experience within a small firm with a view to a long term career
A natural team player willing to help and learn
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A positive and proactive attitude
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Your role will include:
Probate
Wills
Power of Attorney
Trusts
Liaising with clients by telephone
Potential home visit
Promote your services to attract new clientele
You should be confident in using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office and have proven experience of managing your own workload with minimum supervision
We only take on experienced lawyers and can therefore confidently trust them to manage their workload as they see fit, without compromising the exceptional level of services expected from our firm.
Salary: Depending on experience.
