They make a formidable admin combo! Colleagues describe them as a ‘brilliant double-act’, ‘two halves of the same coin’ and ‘the backbone’ of their respective departments. Although Sharlene and Michelle do not job share, they are inseparable co-workers who have known each other since school and worked together for many years. That is why they are jointly entered as Support Staff of the Year.
