We are delighted to announce the opening of a new Rosie Bracher Solicitors office based in Okehampton.

Rosie Bracher Solicitors LLP have provided specialist family law services across North Devon since 2005, so expanding from our head office in Barnstaple to neighbouring North Dartmoor, feels like a logical next step on our journey.

The new Okehampton office will also focus on family law and will be managed by solicitor, and South Zeal residentJade Payne formerly Baskerville. Born in Lamerton, Tavistock, Jade is a specialist divorce and matrimonial finance solicitor, and is excited to be supporting the community she now lives in. Jade runs various matrimonial cases but she has particular interest in complex cases related to farming, businesses and pensions.

Jade Payne, Solicitor, Rosie Bratcher Solicitors said: “Okehampton is fantastic place to live and is expanding quickly welcoming many families like my own. Family life can have its complexities; I look forward to establishing myself in the town and supporting those who find themselves in need of specialist advice through an often difficult and daunting time. Adding: “We take a practical approach to cases and pride ourselves on resolving things amicably. I manage all areas of family law so while matrimonial finance is a particular interest of mine, I also deal with cohabitation claims, private children disputes, Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders and Public Law proceedings.”

Rosie Bracher, Founding Partner, Rosie Bratcher Solicitors said, “Having started the firm in my home town in North Devon, I know how rewarding it is to support your local community, so I am thrilled Jade will lead the launch of our new Okehampton office a stones throw from her home. Jade is a talented lawyer and has accomplished much in her years with the firm, and I am confident her diligence will impress the community.”

New Okehampton clients will also be able to access the full expertise of our head office in Barnstaple and we offer free Legal Aid assessments to people who need our help.
